This agreement is personal, not assignable by Users without Cathay Electronics' consent. Cathay Electronics may transfer, assign, or delegate this agreement without notice.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Singapore law, and Users submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts for any claims or disputes arising from these Terms, irrespective of their country of access or use.
